  • Management Grades

    In many cases, grade inflation requires adjusting grade inputs. Based on CDRs I may assign an average for each project and division. All inputs may then be adjusted to match this average. Examples:

    1. Project/Division manager fairly reviews his/her members – very little if any change in grades
    2. Project/Division manager gives everyone an A+ – everyone may receive a low B or C.
    3. Project/Division manager is a tough grader giving one student an A- while others receive a grade of C or D. The A- turns into an A+ (in at least one case over 100%) and others receive a B or C.

  • CDR Design Review
    • Presented during the class/lab period
    • Due in Drop Box 1 hour before CDR
  • Management Evaluations
    • Due by Friday 11:59pm
