Work Breakdown Structure

The Work Breakdown Structure demonstrates the work needed to complete the A-TeChToP project. There are two major branches, one for the Central Sensor Suite and one for the Seizure Watch. The two branches are the same except when it comes to the Systems/Subsystems tasks.
Project Schedule
Top Level Schedule

The top level schedule follows the blocks in the Work Breakdown Structure. It demonstrates the jobs of the individual divisions.
The two figures above elaborate on the top level schedule by scheduling the tasks below the larger blocks. It is important to remember that the time estimates must be doubled because the schedule is designed to represent one subgroup.

Burn Down and Project Percent Completion

The project Burn Down demonstrates the work completed so far compared to the total amount of expected work. The group has completed 19.87% of the total hours scheduled for the project. The hours represent the hours for one of the two subgroups, but both subgroups are on the same schedule. Two graphs may be posted in the future if one group falls behind.

The Central Sensor Suite has the larger budget because it has more sensors.

The Seizure Watch is relatively inexpensive because of its small number of components.

Contingency: $433.14
As of now, the project is significantly below the preliminary budget. The group hopes to maintain the relatively low cost for the purpose of creating affordable wearable technology.
