Explanations
Quizzes – Throughout the semester, there will be a total of 5 quizzes, each worth 2% of the evaluation. Quizzes are meant to prepare members for meetings.
Meeting Attendance/Participation – Meeting Attendance is crucial. Attendance and Participation will be graded on a 0-10 scale. A 0 would indicate unexcused absence, a 2.5 would indicate an excused absence, a 5 would indicate attendance without participation, a 7.5 would indicate attendance with mediocre participation, and a 10 would indicate full attendance and participation. Each meeting will be scored and the final score will be the average and applied to 20% of the grade.
Action Items Completion – All action items must be completed with little exception, adequate completion of these things drives the project forward and is worth a large portion of the grade. This will be graded as a percentage of action items completed as compared to the percentage assigned.
Correspondence with Arm – It is important to always document and share correspondence in order to receive credit. Correspondence should be frequent and productive.
Positive Correspondence – Make sure to always address each other respectfully and make correspondence enjoyable.
Meeting Deadlines – This percentage will be determined based upon the amount of deadlines adequately met as compared to the the amount of deadlines assigned. Deadlines may be postponed, but must be agreed upon previous to the original deadline arrival.
Reports – Reports will be due to the project manager with all blog posts or company presentations. Reports should be spell checked, complete, and full of required details. Reports should be in the format requested.
Blog Posts – Points can be made up using Blog Posts through trade off studies, rapid prototypes, or additional research. Document these things and submit it as a report to be included as a blog post
Minutes – Taking minutes during meetings is a great way to earn a little extra!
