Generic Color Sensor Requirements

The Color Sensor Shield shall provide measurements from two color sensors with different I2C addresses.

The Color Sensor Shield shall be compatible with any Fall 2017 400D robot. (Specifically to avoid the caster wheel of PBot )

The Color Sensor Shield will use a generic 90 degree pin header to interface with the microcontroller.

The Color Sensor Shield shall use parts of 0603 (imperial) package size or larger.

The Color Sensor Shield will be compatible with any version 5.03 3Dot board.

The Color Sensor Shield will be 55 mm in length.

The distance from the outer edge of a color sensor IC to the other outer edge of the second IC will be 40.249 mm.

The White LEDs will be 2.76 mm away from each color sensor IC edge to edge.

The Color Sensor Shield will be 10.85 mm in width.
